Vans in the washermachine ?

I have 2 pairs of vans. My bluechex and the black ones. The white on the blue ones is dirty and i want to clean in but im not sure Dont say soap and water because no that doesnt work. Oxyclean spray? So i wanted to put them in the washer and dryer but im scared that with the black ones it will make them brown. because the black vans scuff real easy and when you wear them alot they start to turn off black or dark brownish ( like black converse turn green) So what do i do ?
