If you pop a tick and i squirts out a bunch of blood, could it also have squirted out it's babies too?

i looked it up and someone said tick blood contains larva. it sounds false but i want to be sure because some flakes fell off of the paper i used to squish it and the thought of baby ticks everywhere......*shudderrr*
