My 1.5 yr. old Boston Terrier got an emergency blood transfusion 3 nights ago. She was doing good about eating?

and taking her medicine up until today. She doesn't want to eat the Cesar dog food that I used to mix her vitamins with. When we she nearly asleep, I squirted the vitamins down her throat cause I figured she wouldn't put up a fight then. She swallowed them fine. She has been shaking today, more like a shiver and I'm pretty worried. This morning the vet said she is going to be fine, but my motherly instinct is telling me that something just isn't right. We have another appointment for a week but I'm wondering if I should be worried? The high was 95 today, so she shouldn't be cold??
