Fender bender, what now?

I was just in a minor fender bender that was my fault. Somehow I managed to roll into the car in front of me while we were stopped. My car wasn't damaged, and the other person's car was fine too except for a small (4x4inch) paint scuff on the bumper. We exchanged information but I'm wondering if the small amount of damage would even be covered by their insurance, and if you think that they will even report it. I'm scared that they will have me pay for it and my insurance will go up. I'm a teenager and I've never had any car accidents before. If they do report it, when/how will I find out? Should I tell my mom or just not say anything? Our insurance is under her name.
