Do you have both of the pictures open? Go to the picture of the scratches and drag a box around it, you know with the dotted lines? I don't know what it's called. Copy that image, go to the picture of the sky, then paste. If the background of the scratch picture is transparent then you should be pretty much done. If not, it'll only take a minute or two of erasing :D
