If you had sex without a condom and you are not on any hormonal birth control then generally speaking there is a 75% chance you could get pregnant. If you do not wish to get pregnant and it's been less than 72 hours since you had sex then you can go get a Plan B. It is not an abortion pill. It is an extra strong dose of hormone birth control that will stop conception but will not abort a fertilized egg if it has already happened.
