What is wrong with me ?

Hi I have been having painful dareha sence last night it is just a bunch of squirts I also have been peeing clear I figured it was a stomach bug but now I just went to the bathroom and it was VERY painful like before but this time it was orange like bright orange. What is wrong with me ? Am I bleeding internally? I am 14
