How to stop people turning around in my driveway?

on numerous occasions I have found scuff marks and scratch marks on my van (two car drive) where people have backed into my drive and hit it. is there a way to stop people doing it? the road I live on starts on the same road as it ends so why they need to turn around in my drive I do not know.
