I cant hear out of my right ear?

so i was playin in a mud pit with my friend haha and she threw mud at my ear and im dumb enough to try and get it out with my finger which made it worse and then we walked up to wash the mud off and my friend used the hose to squirt water in my ear and that didnt work so we went to the bathroom n i spent a good 10mins tryin to get the mud out with a qtip and i think it started to bleed alittle cus i stuck the qtip in as far as it could go and it didnt help any. So my friend poured hydrogen perioxide in my ear to clean it out and it bubbled and was fizzing but i guess all the perioxide went thru my ear cus nothin came back out my ear when i stood up and i still cant hear out my ear, do you think i hurt somethin in it, this all happened yesterday afternoon and i still havent told my mom yet so what do you think i should do, do i need to go to the doctors cus i can barely hear at all i can hear loud noises out that ear and thats it, helppp
