Am I a bad dog owner?

Last time I gave my dogs a bath was 3 months ago. I have a pug, a scottish terrier, and a bernese mountain dog. They all get very dirty, and spend half of their day outside (although they go in the shade) and spend the other half inside. Although I am planning on giving them a bath tomorrow, am i a terrible dog owner?
