What is a good price for a used Macbook?

I'm thinking about buying a tablet instead, but i don't know how much to sell my laptop for on ebay. It is the old version but it works great except sometimes the disk drive wont play if the disk is too scratched. Also the battery only works for about 5 hours instead of 8. Last it has a few scratches and scuffs.
