Vaginal bleeding after being fingered?

My boyfriend fingered me this morning, as he was trying to make me squirt by stroke the inside along the anterior vaginal wall on my G-spot.. I was not successful as it was only our second time trying.. However, when he took his fingers out of my vagina, they were covered with blood and tissue lining.. I am not a virgin, and I only have sex with him. I am his first sexual partner so I could not have contracted anything from him and I was aroused when he performed this act, so I was lubricated inside. His finger nails did not scratch me as they are as short as they can be and are not jagged or rough. I have noticed my vagina has been swollen the past month after we had sex once, and I am wondering if its vaginitis or something more concerning such as a cancer? I have experienced bleeding after fingering (more like fisted..) before with my previous partner, but it was due to lack of lubrication I am just extremely concerned that this may cause scarring inside of my and prevent me from having kids one day. I am scheduled for a pap test in a week, but I would love for someone to give me ideas as to what may be causing this before then. Thank you..
