Should I Get A New American Girl Doll Or A Cheaper Used One?

Hey, I already have one American Girl Doll, Rebbecca. And I got her in... March I wanna say. Anyway, I want another one because I have fell in love with them. I want My American Girl Doll Number 28. And I want to know what should I do? Buy a new one offline and have her ears pierced so my total would come to about $120. Or get a used one in a good condition with a small scuff marks on her hand, Some worn out shoes, some nice shoes and some gently used clothes. And 3 used books. In general that total would come to about $55. I just feel stuck, And I could send her to the doll hospital if it really annoyed me and was bad that would be another $25-30. Either way. Also I was looking at a doll with badly needed TLC. She is about $60 and another $40 for the doll hospital. Opinions please!!! Thanks!
