Any Info on this model mountain bike?

I have been offered a 15 yr old mountain bike called an Alpine-stars AST 140. It looks ok and was told by the seller it cost him hundreds of pounds back in the day, but i can not find any reviews on this bike other than the company stopped making bikes a few year ago. Seller is looking for a couple of hundred but i need some info on this bike from any dedicated MBT riders before i seal the deal. This is to replace my bike which was stolen . I`ve saved �200 so far towards a new one but was hoping this would be a good deal. Any advice would be appreciated . thanks.

How to get rust off ice skate blades?

I have Riedell 133 ice skates. I just got them a few weeks ago, But there is already rust, and scuffs on them. I know how to get the scuffs out, But not the rust? Does anyone know how to get the rust out. I just got them sharpened when i got them (BTW how often do you need to get them sharpened?). So if anyone knows please answer :)

Medical advise please?

I have a back injury from a car accident a couple of years ago. Pain is shooting through my knees down to my ankles. I do drink a lot of mountain dew, wild cherry pepsi and pepsi like 5 cans a day. I don't drink milk or water much, and I eat once a day because I am so broke I can not afford much food. Most of my money goes the mortage. Why is my knees and ankles hurting so bad?

You could give him chicken and rice, scrambled eggs, break some dry bread and mix in his dinner. Changing his food could have something to do with it, I hope he get's on ok. If it carries on go to the vet again.

When we she nearly asleep, I squirted the vitamins down her throat cause I figured she wouldn't put up a fight then. She swallowed them fine. She has been shaking today, more like a shiver and I'm pretty worried. This morning the vet said she is going to be fine, but my motherly instinct is telling me that something just isn't right. We have another appointment for a week but I'm wondering if I should be worried? The high was 95 today, so she shouldn't be cold??
